My name is Sonia Ciraci and I have worked with passion for twenty years in HR projects, focused on Training and Development, Recruitment, Coaching, and Diversity Management.
Over my career I have gained extensive experience in leading teams and HR projects in complex organizations. I worked both as a department head in multinationals and as a freelancer for profit and no-profit companies. Designing and delivering classroom training has always been a passion of mine, and since 2014 I have worked as a coach too.
In recent years I have approached the mindfulness, and I have experienced the effectiveness of a mindful, attentive and positive presence when you manage challenging or conflictive projects.
My comprehensive professional experience is my added value as a consultant: it has trained my skills in organizational analysis and makes me natural the contamination between best practices from different environments. In fact, I strongly believe in the value of connections! Between experiences, business functions, theory and practice, and people from different cultural backgrounds. As a matter of fact, I am a passionate traveller and I am often involved in international working projects.
I had the pleasure of teaching to executive and graduates from all over the world working as an adjunct professor at the “Cattolica University” of Milan in the “MIB-Master in International Business”, and I am currently a professor at the “HR Executive Master” organized by RBA School of Management.
In 2017 I have founded The Learning Factory project, engaging several senior consultants who I deeply admire and who are specialized in different HR areas.
