In The Learning Factory we believe in the value of the concrete experience.
We have a sound theoretical knowledge but we know that people learn especially from their experience. Our consulting interventions are characterized by a thorough design and a great care of the customer experience, whether we are performing a job interview, a coaching session, a webinar or a facilitation workshop. In training projects, this means an intensive use of active and participatory methodologies.
Another pillar of our methodology is the attention towards needs analysis. We think that no project can fulfill its goal in an effective and sustainable way without a deep analysis of the organizational context and customer’s needs. We realize it through individual interviews, meetings, focus groups, questionnaires or participant observations. At the end of our interventions, we pay the same attention in evaluating the final results.
